TERMS OF SERVICE

      Service nature and scope
      This independent online service provides general cross-border transaction interaction and information matching functions, which can adapt to various conventional transaction and service scenarios. The service is independently operated and managed, and the operator has the right to adjust, optimize or upgrade functional modules according to operational requirements and user feedback. The operator will endeavor to continuously improve service quality and user experience, but does not promise that all service contents will remain unchanged permanently.
      User qualification and behavior norms
      Users using this service shall have the corresponding capacity to bear civil responsibilities, and ensure that all submitted information is true, accurate and valid. Users shall properly keep their service access accounts and passwords, and shall not lend, lease or transfer their service use rights to others without permission. It is prohibited to use this service to engage in any activities that disrupt service order, undermine system security or infringe the legitimate rights and interests of other users and third parties. The operator will try its best to verify the facts when receiving violation reports, and take corresponding disposal measures according to the severity of the circumstances.
      Service operation guarantee and limitation
      The operator will endeavor to maintain the normal operation of the service system and timely handle system failures and abnormal conditions. However, affected by factors such as network environment changes, system maintenance and upgrading, and third-party technical failures, temporary service interruption or functional abnormality may occur. The operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by such objective uncontrollable factors, nor for losses caused by user's own misoperation or wrong decision-making.
      User information protection rules
      The operator will take standard data protection measures to properly store and manage user personal information generated during service use. The operator will try its best to prevent user data from being leaked, lost or tampered with, and will only use user data for necessary purposes such as service operation, system optimization and risk control. Without the explicit consent of the user, the operator will not provide user private data to any unrelated third party.
      Term revision and dispute handling
      The operator may revise the content of these terms according to the actual needs of service operation and development. The revised terms will be published on the service interface, and the user's continued use of the service after the revision shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised content. In case of any dispute arising from the use of the service, both parties will try their best to resolve it through friendly consultation. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall still be valid.
